a drama anthology | Small World | written by Anna K. Miers
For marginalised people, it is often the unseen, everyday occurrences that wear you down.
A comment, a look, being ignored, overlooked, or unwelcome.
The people that prop us up when our resolve fails, are our chosen family.
For the times we feel overwhelmed, isolated, unseen.
They love us unconditionally, and offer their strength to us in times of need.
A comment, a look, a touch, a presence.
They make us feel seen, welcomed, and part of a community.
They are important beyond measure.
This series about the small things that wear us down, and the people that help bring us back up.
