Anna K. Miers is a documentary filmmaker from Mparntwe, from Alice Springs.
She has worked across Central Australia, Melbourne, and India, with various NGOs and marginalised communities surrounding issues of mental health, LGBTQ+ rights, women's rights, socio-economic inequality, and environmental conservation.
Anna is currently employed by the Central Land Council to travelling across remote Central Australia and create documentaries and advocacy campaigns on human, land and water rights, environmental conservation, and Aboriginal knowledge and culture.
Anna has previously worked in fiction film and television as a writer and art coordinator. Commercially, Anna has worked freelance as a photographer, camera op, sound recordist, and editor.
